Office Manager / Senior Professional Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
• Must have at least 10 years of post‑registration experience, specifically within the private sector.
• Must have demonstrable experience across the sectors previously discussed: Retail developments, Healthcare facilities, Industrial developments, and Commercial office developments.
• Must have been exposed to large‑scale commercial developments and client‑facing leadership responsibilities.
• Must have strong commercial acumen and contract administration expertise.
• Must have proficiency in industry‑standard QS software and reporting tools.
