Office Manager

**Overview**

Element Santa Rosa has an opportunity for an **Office Manager** to efficiently carry out the administration activities in a busy pharmaceutical testing and chemistry services laboratory while coordinating with corporate offices and ensuring adherence to company administration policies. In this role, you will support a site that provides integrated synthetic chemistry, analytical services, drug discovery and development support, and cGMP manufacturing services for pharmaceutical clients.

In this role you will carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Your departmental responsibilities will include being the main receptionist for the laboratory, receiving incoming phone calls and email transactions while serving as a key administrative resource for employees, clients, visitors, and business partners.

Pay Range: $32-$38hr DOE
