Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, human resources functions, and financial processes in our Manizales office. This role combines a background typically held by an HR Generalist and a Staff Accountant, making it idóneo for a professional with a strong background in both HR and accounting. This is a fulltime permanent position based at our Manizales, Colombia campus, with an onsite requirement Monday-Friday.

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with BSG Recruiting team.
- Administer benefits, leave tracking, and compliance with local labor laws.
