Our client is a regional asset management with a stable and strong track record. They are looking for a Office Manager (part-time) and the position is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows
- Liaise with vendors such as office facilities and supplies, workplace logistics etc
- Assist in travel logistics and booking for the senior management
- Assist in invoice payment and expense reimbursement
- Coordinate with other office on internal meeting arrangements eg inhouse training sessions etc
- Other ad-hoc office administrative duties when necessary
Key requirements
- At least 5 years of office administration / office manager experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Responsible, proactive, multi-tasking, attention to details
- Good communication skills
