We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the Founder – a versatile, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can manage a broad range of responsibilities with confidence and discretion.
The role
This is a senior support position at the center of our operations, combining office management, business administration, accounting coordination, and direct executive assistance to the Founder.
What we're looking for
- Full fluency in English, German, and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or business administration
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to prioritize independently
