The role: Administrative & Office Manager
This is a cross-functional role combining administrative, operational, and finance support responsibilities. You will be a key enabler of the company’s day-to-day efficiency, helping keep processes organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Support
- Follow up with suppliers to collect and validate invoices
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance-related transactions
- Support the accounts payable process (invoice tracking, approvals, payment preparation)
- Support the accounts receivable process (invoice generation/review and collections tracking)
- Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking when needed
