The role: Administrative & Office Manager

This is a cross-functional role combining administrative, operational, and finance support responsibilities. You will be a key enabler of the company’s day-to-day efficiency, helping keep processes organized and running smoothly.

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and reliable, who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Support

  • Follow up with suppliers to collect and validate invoices
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance-related transactions
  • Support the accounts payable process (invoice tracking, approvals, payment preparation)
  • Support the accounts receivable process (invoice generation/review and collections tracking)
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking when needed
