Vacancy Description
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office management systems, drafting of official correspondence, scheduling, and record management is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are required. Knowledge of office etiquette and handling confidential information is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretarial support to the University Leadership, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and official engagements.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, presentations, notes, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with various departments, external agencies, dignitaries, and stakeholders on behalf of the Leadership.
- Maintain calendars, travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and follow-up actions.
