As an Office Assistant , you play a key role in maintaining our center at five-star standards and supporting both Cloud Spaces operations and clients. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide outstanding client service, and assist in creating a welcoming, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Administration
- Open and prepare meeting rooms, boardrooms, and studios for client bookings.
- Set up beverage stations, catering, and ensure floor presentation is impeccable.
- Manage mail, deliveries, courier services, and office supplies.
