Employee Relations
· Build effective relationships with all key stake holders
· Organize staff engagement, rewards, and recreational programs
· Update senior management for any staff issues where necessary
· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures; Prepare documents where necessary
Office Administration
· Design and implement office policies and procedures, taking into consideration future growth of the company
· Understanding of PEZA and other government requirements on Philippine Operations and liaise with stakeholders and other parties to process and complete requirements
