Responsibilities: Tasks and responsibilities that the
candidate will be responsible for performing include, but are not
limited to: Obtain information for applications of guarantees from
QS Estimator and complete JBCC form. Liaise with client on details
required for guarantee applications and delivery of final
guarantees. Assist buyer in checking goods delivered to purchase
orders and receipting. Obtain existing and new supplier BBEE
certificates and related company information and documentation
Track machine rental costs on sites Keep updated job list and
prepare job files. Compiling a range of reports as needed by
operations.
