Responsibilities

• Partners and consults with CoE Learning and skills function in order to implement Global Learning Portfolio.
• HRSS Learning Partners support Capability Managers, Learning Solutions, Learning Success and Employee Experience Teams to operationalize, delivery and ensure learning is brought to life, ensuring success.
• Uses the consulting and project management capability using relevant data to implement and deliver the strategic solutions created by the Learning & Skills Team. The Learning Partner team will provide advice, guidance, and support to Tier 1, providing knowledge and education to help support faster resolution and work on continuous service improvement.
