Responsibilities

• Develop Internal Operating Procedures based on customer specifications.
• Provide rate quotations from overseas offices and agents.
• Prioritize and delegate workload to maintain high customer service levels.
• Assist in enforcement of Export/Import Ocean Services policies and procedures.
• Monitor and forecast volumes for P&L purposes.
• Develop and monitor KPI data for customer review.
• Meet with local steamship and trucking company representatives to stay current with market conditions.
• Address employee disciplinary and performance issues and complaints.
