Ocean Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of ocean freight customers and shipments in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements Handle permit declaration and customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Liaise with carriers, transporters, warehouses and customs to ensure timely and efficient shipment delivery Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and other required documentation Monitor shipment schedules and provide timey updates to customers regarding shipment status and any potential delays Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on shipment status and KPIs
