Responsibilities
- Deliver concussion and community-based rehabilitation programmes
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Complete client assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
- Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
- Manage your caseload using our clinical systems
