Job summary
We are looking for a newly qualified/experienced occupational therapist who is keen to deliver high quality care in the community setting. You will be part of an integrated team of therapists, therapy assistants, and nurses who provide essential knowledge and skills to support patient discharges, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and keep people safe in their own homes.
Your caseload will be varied with an opportunity to see patients with a variety of presenting conditions allowing you to develop and improve existing problem-solving skills.
Worcester City have two Neighbourhood teams. Cityside are based in Elbury Moor medical centre and Riverside are based in St Johns House surgery. We have a team of creative health care professionals focused on compassionate care.
