Occupational Therapist

At Small Steps, therapy is more than a service - it’s a collaborative, creative, and deeply human experience. We are a multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and feeding specialists united by one purpose: helping children and families thrive through compassionate, individualized care.

We are excited to offer a unique hybrid role which will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model creates meaningful collaboration across disciplines while supporting children in a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals.
