An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for a 30‑hour/week, one year fixed‑term role as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work at the Ealing Referral Hub triage adult community rehab referrals. The role also involves some outpatient clinics for community rehab, e.g. post‑COVID rehab. Staff will be supported with clinical supervision, multidisciplinary team work, training and opportunities to take part in service improvement work.

We are looking for a candidate who has completed core clinical rotations and can adjust to a fast‑paced working environment. In this role, you will be responsible for triaging incoming referrals (from GPs, other hospitals, etc.) ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate therapy service in a timely and efficient manner.
