**TITLE** : Occupational Therapist (OT)
**DEPARTMENT:** Rehabilitation
**POSITION STATUS/HOURS:** Part-time .8 FTE (32 hours/week) Monday-Friday. Department hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
**Benefit Eligible Position!**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
The licensed Occupational Therapist is responsible for the development and operation of occupational therapy treatment programs providing high skilled evaluations and patient care along with supervision of non-professions personnel in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Our department also provides school district PT/OT services and a bonus would be a candidate with interest in DPI licensing for this line of service.
