The Occupational Therapist will provide community-based support to youth and young adults experiencing complex mental health, addiction, and housing-related challenges. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist will help clients develop the skills, strategies, and supports needed to live independently and achieve their personal recovery goals.
This role combines clinical assessment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and community outreach, supporting individuals in their homes and throughout the community. The successful candidate will build meaningful therapeutic relationships, collaborate with caregivers and service providers, and contribute to a recovery-oriented model of care. Key Responsibilities
