**Position Overview:**

Works as an integral member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other medically complex diagnoses that impact functional independence. Responsible for evaluating, planning, coordinating, and delivering individualized therapeutic interventions designed to restore or enhance activities of daily living, vocational skills, homemaking abilities, and overall quality of life.

Builds trust and collaboration with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members through comprehensive assessments, compassionate care, effective communication, and patient-centered treatment planning.
