• Assesses and manages patients referred for occupational therapy independently and implements appropriate treatment plans, applying specialised occupational therapy knowledge and skills.
• Reports to referring doctor and other members of the medical team.
• Documents patient occupational therapy records accurately.
• Updates individual performance statistical records monthly.
• Complies with clinical and service standards.
• Practices within areas of professional competence and seeks clinical support from supervisor or other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
