Horizon Post Acute Care in Glendale, AZ, is currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. We are a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided.
Full Ti me : Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay : $44- $55 /hour based on experience
