Occupational Therapist – Frailty & Rehab for Older Adults

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the Medicine of the Older Adult service, managing a diverse caseload of frailty and complex multimorbidity with comprehensive OT assessments and rehabilitation to maximise independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support safe discharge and contribute to quality improvement initiatives for older people in acute services.
