Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention)

Consider joining the team as an Occupational Therapist with Casa Pediatric Care. We are seeking a part‑time or full‑time OT to join our small‑but‑mighty team of therapists dedicated to providing quality early‑intervention services in Northwest Arkansas. Our practice is unique in that all services we offer are provided within natural environments (homes, daycares) with a focus on caregiver coaching and empowerment. We are dedicated not only to giving excellent care to the children and families we serve but also working as a team to support and empower one another. Spanish‑speaking applicants are encouraged.

The pay range listed is for a FULL TIME productivity expectation of 20‑24 hours productive/billable hours per week. This is much lower than typical full‑time productivity expectation given the mobile nature of our work.
