Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Engineer to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS), ensuring full compliance with ADOSH-SF, Company HSE requirements, ISO 45001:2018, UAE regulations, and project HSE standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project OHSMS in line with ADOSH-SF, company, and ISO 45001.
• Review and approve contractors' HSE documentation, including OHSE Plans, RAMS, PTW, Emergency Response, Traffic Management, and Lifting Plans.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance assessments across high-risk construction activities (work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation, confined spaces, hot works, electrical safety, temporary works, etc.).
• Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
