The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $28.00 to $42.00 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.

As an Obstetrics Technician (OB Tech) you will assist nursing personnel in the delivery of patient care in the Snuggery Suite, taking into account the patient's special or age-related needs. The OB Technician serves as the scrub technician in Cesarean Sections and selected OB/GYN procedures. This position assumes responsibility for a safe environment and appropriate utilization of resources; directs and performs cleaning, maintenance and processing of instruments and equipment; and restocks and prepares rooms within the Unit.
