Major/Essential Functions

Staff management- Hiring, training, mentoring and performing evaluations for clinical staff (Patient Services Staff).

Operational oversight- managing the day to day operations, optimizing patient flow, and implementing standard operating procedures.

Quality and compliance - ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (state, federal) to include HIPAA compliance.

Financial compliance - managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and controlling costs.

Clinical workflow - Enhance optimization of clinical workflow and scheduling.

Patient advocate.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish

Prior experience managing clinical office
