Company Overview Contentnea Health is a Community Health Center providing comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services for members of our communities in Greene, Pitt and Pamlico counties in eastern North Carolina.      Job Summary Supports obstetric care delivery by coordinating patient scheduling, referrals, medical records, and clinical support services for OB patients while ensuring continuity of care with external partners and supports practitioners with clinical and administrative OB functions.

Responsibilities and Duties Coordinates OB patient scheduling and referrals.

Schedules pregnancy confirmation, transfer-of-care, postpartum, induction, C-section, newborn and follow-up visits.

Reschedules missed OB visits and coordinates triage follow-up.

Sends and tracks OB referrals, including ECU anatomy scans.

Tracks follow-up ultrasound appointments.
