OA Financial Accountant (Strata/RERA) – Budget & Invoicing

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the financial operations of the Owners Association. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, facilitating payments, and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and are proficient in the Mollak system. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
