Role: O & M Lead Solar

The Solar O&M Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of the company s solar assets. This role ensures the optimal performance safety reliability and profitability of solar plants while adhering to regulatory compliance and industry standards. The O&M Lead will lead a team of engineers and technicians through sub contractors to maximize uptime and energy output while minimizing costs and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Maintenance Management:

• Oversee the O&M of solar power plants including troubleshooting preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Develop and implement standardized O&M processes procedures and protocols to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as plant availability performance ratio (PR) and energy output.
