**Who are we looking for?**
We're looking for someone who will actively code and maintain key parts of our core system, developing new features and improving existing ones. In addition, you’ll contribute to either **DevOps** or **system architecture**, depending on your interests and strengths.
**Hard skills**
- Higher education in IT or a technical/scientific field (relevant experience in the energy sector can compensate)
- Several years of experience as a software developer
- Able to take a feature from concept to production
- Proficient in at least one programming language and solid in another - bonus if one of them is Ruby (not a must)
- Comfortable working with databases — we use **PostgreSQL**
- Interest in **DevOps** and/or **architecture**
- Familiar with Git and modern version control workflows
- Fluent in** English**or **Norwegian**
