Summer Internship Opportunities

• Investment Underwriting : Assist in the financial modelling and analysis of potential real estate acquisitions across multiple property types and geographies in Europe. Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow models, sensitivity analyses, and return projections to evaluate investment opportunities against established return thresholds and risk parameters.
• Presentations & Proposals : Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
• Asset Management : Assist the team with the asset management of the portfolio under management, such as capex initiatives, reporting, client presentations, and assess leasing proposals.
