Nursing Professional Development Leader – System Float Pool
Position Summary
*Lead education, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for System Float Pool nursing staff.
*Support competency validation, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practice across multiple Methodist hospitals.
*Partner with nursing leaders to identify learning needs and develop staff education programs.
*Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to nursing team members.
*Facilitate training, orientation, and professional development activities across various clinical settings.
*Travel throughout the Methodist health system to support float pool staff and organizational goals.
*Promote high-quality patient care, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
