Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Nursing Associate to join the Amersham Adult Community Healthcare Team. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly and proactive community team. Working in collaboration to provide a high standard of nursing care in the community. We offer a preceptorship programme for newly qualified nursing associates, an extensive orientation programme will be provided. Training and support will be given to achieve your competencies. The role will be supporting the Community Nurses in a wide range nursing activities. These include admission prevention, facilitating discharges from hospital and end of life care. It will involve amongst other tasks like, medication administration, wound and pressure area care and catheter management.
