Nursing Assistant - Day Shift (0.6 FTE) with Benefits

Essentia Health St. Mary’s—Detroit Lakes seeks a Patient Care Aide to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in a 0.6 FTE day-shift role. You will assist with hygiene, nutrition, comfort, transfers, and safe environment maintenance to promote healing.

Responsibilities include vital signs, charting, and collaborative care with the nursing team. Requires BLS within 3 months and completion of a nurse aide program or registry; $1500 hiring incentive and benefits available.
