Milk Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive Nurseries across Durham and the surrounding areas and is looking to recruit caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Support Workers to join settings from September 2026.

Whether you’re an experienced Nursery Support Worker, Nursery Assistant, Early Years Practitioner, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), or have recent experience supporting children in an early years or childcare setting, we’d love to hear from you. We have a range of long-term, full-time opportunities available, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting young children during their early years, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can learn, develop, and thrive.
