Nursery Nurse

Main Accountabilities

• The nursery nurse is responsible for creating and maintaining best practices in relation to the health & safety and well-being of children in our care.
• Maintaining children’s medical records, ensuring all required medical information and documents are up to date.
• Be up to date with all Covid‑19 information, requirements, policies, and procedures in nurseries.
• Conducting a daily medical examination for the children to discover diseases and to isolate these children for presenting them to the physician or referring them to the hospital.
• Overseeing health and safety, hygiene, and sickness policies and ensuring the clinic is kept up to date for DHA or any other government body inspections.
• Preparing a safe play environment, setting up equipment, ensuring toys and equipment are cleaned and stored appropriately.
