The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) for the Operating Theatres provides strategic and operational leadership, overseeing the clinical governance, financial & resource management as well as the staffing requirements for our operating theatres. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient management of staff and resources, with the overall goal of ensuring excellence in care delivery in line with policies, procedures & best practice.
