Summary The Safe Patient Handling and Mobility Program Manager (SPHM PM) is aligned under the Nursing and Patient Care Services Education. The SPHM PM promotes a HRO with safety founded on a systems approach to developing evidence-based healthcare solutions based on a commitment to zero harm by developing strong safety principles through injury prevention supported by engaged leadership.
