The program runs for two years, with a one-year initial residency followed by a one-year commitment to Baptist Health.
Residents work 40 hours per week, primarily on days for the first 3 months and then mostly nights.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited BSN program and hold an active FL RN license at least two weeks before the start date.
