UBC Emergency Department is seeking motivated and dynamic NPs to provide full scope care to up to 3, 4, 5 patients. The interdisciplinary team is excited to integrate NPs into their model of care. Successful candidates will be supported to upskill. FTEs are open to negotiation. Come join our growing team of hospital-based Nurse Practitioners!
Responsibilities
- Be responsible and accountable for the comprehensive assessment of patients and clients including diagnosing diseases, disorders and conditions.
- Initiate treatment including health care management, therapeutic interventions and prescribe medications in accordance with the statutory and regulatory standards, limits and conditions, and employer policies and procedures.
