+ Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations of premature and critically ill newborns

+ Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient

+ Manage neonatal medications, treatments, and procedures

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

+ Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support
