We are looking for clinicians who enjoys building relationships with their patients and excel in collaborative, patient centered environments. You will work in our E. Tropicana clinic, lead by our Associate Medical Director.
Responsibilities:
You will provide comprehensive, primary care to our older adult population.
You will manage patient care, including both acute and chronic care management, prevention, and patient education.
