Nurse Practitioner, Inpatient Surgery (Job ID: 6127)

Location: WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital, KW Campus)
Position Summary: Functioning within the multidisciplinary team, the NP collaborates with general surgeons to facilitate assessment and treatment plans for surgical patients. The NP provides expert clinical history, physical, and diagnostic assessment to establish care plans, expedite early discharge, and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
Position Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses as a Nurse Practitioner (Extended Class)
- Master of Science (Nursing) or a master's in a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a member in good standing
