Nurse Practitioner Emergency Department - Crownpoint, NM

Title: Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Department (any state license is ok)
Place of Work: Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Crownpoint, NM
(May include satellite clinics Thoreau or Pueblo Pintado Health Clinics)
Will be assigned to the any one of the facility
Start Date: 1 to 2 Months
Shift Hours: 8-12 hour shifts, typically between 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM; including weekends and holidays
How many shifts needed per month: Approximately 15-17 shifts per month, based on coverage requirements
License: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license from any U.S. state or territory
Experience needed: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency or Ambulatory Care settings
Certifications: BLS. ACLS, DEA, AANP or FNCP - Required. PALS - preferred
