Meadow House offers residential and nursing care to the Norfolk community. The facility also provides care for young people with disabilities and specialises in caring for individuals with multiple sclerosis. The home is entirely on the ground floor and has a very friendly atmosphere – where everyone is treated like family.
What would a typical day look like?
Provide support and care to our residents, meeting their physical and psychological needs Administration, documentation and ordering of prescribed medication Support with new admissions and discharges of residents Weekly GP rounds Updating and maintaining resident care plans, liaising wit...Ready to Apply?
