St John of God Hauora Trust is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide day to day clinical and staff leadership within a defined unit or service area of our hospital-level disability service.
We support adults aged 16-65 with complex neurological, physical, rehabilitation, and long term care needs. This role suits a practical nurse leader who enjoys working closely with staff and residents and supporting safe, well organised care delivery.

About the role
- Day to day leadership of nursing and support staff in your allocated area
- Reports to the Clinical Services Manager
- Operational, unit based role (not whole service or strategic)
- Works within established policies and service frameworks
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting safe, person-centred care for residents with complex needs
- Staff orientation, supervision, and performance support
