Position Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Manager - Operating Room is responsible for leading the daily operations of Henry Ford Jackson Hospital's Main OR and CVOR, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of a busy surgical department that performs more than 11,500 procedures each year and supports a Level II Trauma Center. You'll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing leaders to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care while supporting the growth and development of a team of more than 75 perioperative professionals, including Registered Nurses, Surgical Technologists, First Assists, Equipment Technicians, and Nursing Assistants.
