In this role, you will oversee key hospital operations, manage staffing and schedules, coach and develop nursing team members, delegate responsibilities, and actively contribute to patient care to ensure compassionate, high-quality treatment and accurate medical documentation. This position provides leadership and oversight for the Emergency, ICU, and Critical Care departments, fostering operational excellence and exceptional patient outcomes.
