**Job Description**

**Nurse Epidemiologist - Infection Control Nursing - Mount Sinai West - Full Time (Day)**

+ Works in collaboration with the site Medical Director of Infection Prevention & Hospital Epidemiologist in managing, designing and implementing an Infection Prevention program at the hospital.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in nursing required - Master's Degree Preferred
+ Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in professional nursing
+ Experience in critical care areas is preferred
+ Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State
+ Board Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred
